How long will it take to get my order?

Shipping times vary depending on the product. Check out the 'Shipping Details' in the product description for an accurate timeframe. Most items are shipped within 3-5 days. If you have a specific timeframe that you are needing a product, please reach out to me before purchasing so I can discuss a turn around time with you.
Do you accept returns?

No, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, I will process a refund or send a replacement if the item gets lost or damaged in the mail. These are handled on a case-by-case basis so please email me at kim@lattesandlettering.com with any concerns and I'll do my best to help.
